Vector in cybersecurity generally refers to an attack vector, which is a pathway or method that a cybercriminal uses to gain unauthorized access to a system, network, or application with malicious intent. It essentially outlines how a potential attack is executed.
While there isn't a universally defined "vector seven," some sources discuss "seven stages of a cyber-attack" (related to the Cyber Kill Chain framework) or list "seven common attack vectors".
